The strategic partnership was set based upon the expertise of eight (8) Universities, and one (1) Consulting and Vocational Training Center. Each partner brings its complementary knowledge related to the project:

The University of Ioannina was founded in 1964. In 1970 became an independent Higher Education Institution, which grew rapidly in the coming years. It is located in a campus 5 km southwest of Ioannina, Greece. The campus is located 6 km from the center of Ioannina and is one of the largest university campuses in Greece. Today, the University of Ioannina includes 24 academic Departments which altogether number approximately 30.000 students in all levels of education. University of Ioannina is one of the leading academic institutions in Greece as it has made a considerable contribution both to the academic and scientific community. Its infrastructure and staff make it one of the most important peripheral educational institutions and one of the greatest State-run organizations operating in the Epirus Region.
The research strategy followed by the University of Ioannina is consistent with the research objectives of its Departments and the relevant Senate decisions. Its purpose is to help strengthen and upgrade scientific and technical research at University level, and contribute to the development of a unified European Research Area. Many international protocols along with staff and students’ exchanges support the internalization strategy of the University of Ioannina. A full network of research laboratories creates a fruitful spectrum where responsive research and innovation is being developed.

Klaipėda University is a multidisciplinary leader in marine science and studies of the Baltic region, orientated to international academical networks, a promoter of cultural heritage and a center of lifelong learning. Klaipėda University was established on January 1st of 1991 and started with three faculties and now, approaching its 30th anniversary, it has three faculties and two institutes – Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Faculty of Marine Technologies and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, Marine Research Institute and Institute of Baltic Region History and Archaeology.
The Department of Pedagogy is one of the two largest departments of the faculty and offers study programs of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate level in educational science, such as Childhood Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, Educology, Education Management and doctoral studies in Educology. The Department of Pedagogy is comprised of twenty-one professors and scientists doing innovative work in developing competent educators of the future generations and doing research in how to apply the newest information and communication technologies to the process of learning and teaching.

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) is a multi-disciplinary university offering its students and faculty a vibrant learning ecosystem designed around its multi-cultural and innovative ethos. Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune established in June 1977, is one of leading institutions for legal education in India.In its over 40 years’ journey it had achieved various milestones in teaching, learning and research. Southwest University (SWU) was founded in 1906 and situated in Chongqing city in mainland China, one of the top 5 universities in China in the fields of education and training. It has 32 faculties and enrols over 55,600 students in 173 undergraduates, masters and doctoral programmes, including Master and PhD program in information technology, education, and business management. There are over 2800 full time teachers including 1800 professors and full-time researchers. Southwest University is among the first institutions that were allowed by the Chinese government to confer advanced degrees, including Master and Doctorate.
The SWU plays a leading role in scientific research and the wide range of disciplines represented promotes a multidisciplinary approach. The SWU's commitment to internationalization is reflected in its satellite office as well as agreements with many international universities facilitating exchanges and joint projects for students and researchers. The university, according to its internationalization strategy has created offices specialized in international projects support: the International Educational Projects Unit and the International Research Projects Unit. Established in 1993, Shenzhen Polytechnic (SZPT) is one of the first institutions to provide higher vocational and technical education and training in China. It passed the National Model Higher Vocational College program acceptance inspection in 2009 and became one of the first batch of national demonstration institutions in China’s higher vocational education field. SZPT ranks top in comprehensive strength among similar institutions in China.
SZPT has five campuses, with a total campus area of 2,360,200m2. Currently, SZPT has around 2300 faculty members on the regular payroll, including 1,243 full-time teachers, 217 with senior titles and 657 with sub-senior titles. Many heavyweight teams including the hoffmann Nobel Prize team from the United States were introduced to establish research institutes within SZPT, and the established research institutes are: hoffmann advanced materials research institute, intelligent science and engineering research institute, intelligent manufacturing research institute, new era China vocational education research institute, social and economic development research institute.

The Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), founded in 1960, is Cambodia’s oldest and one of the largest public universities. It hosts more than 20,000 students, across a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It is unique in Cambodia for offering specialist degrees in various fields within five faculties: Sciences, Engineering, Development Studies, Education, Foreign Languages, Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as professional degrees in fields such as Technology, Electronics, Psychology, Social Work, International Business Management and Tourism.
RUPP has full membership of the ASEAN University Network (AUN). RUPP employs over 900 staffs of which about two-third is teaching staff while one-third is supporting staff. Among the teaching staffs, about 12% is holding a Ph.D. degree and about 73% is holding a master degree. RUPP also has 55 foreigners who are teaching and working with different faculties.

The University of Battambang (UBB) was founded by SAMDACH KROLA HOM SAR KHENG, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister Of Interior, in 2007 with the vision of providing opportunities to students living in rural areas, especially in the north-western part of Cambodia, to have access to higher education services in order to develop their individual careers as well as to that of local communities while also reducing knowledge gaps between the rural and urban.
UBB works closely with local community, government and non-governmental organization, companies, and consortium universities in the region and the world. It has five faculties, one institute, and one school include: (1) Faculty of Business Administration and Tourism, (2) Faculty of Agriculture and Food Processing, (3) Faculty of Sociology and Community Development, (4) Facility of Arts, Humanities, and Education, (5) Science and Technology, (6) Institute of Foreign Languages, and (7) Postgraduate School. UBB has over 2,700 local students who are currently studying in its graduate and post-graduate programs.
