We at MAMO Service Management Group start our journey with overview to the actual and upcoming industrial and technology projects consist of Oil, Petrochemical & Gas, Electronics & Power, Energy section, Telecommunication, Networking, Automotive, Labor Medicine, Transportation etc. We using the opportunities in different sections where we can investigate our knowledge and experience.

Quality check is always the key function which need to be guaranteed by purchasing an item or service. This process can be performed in 3 levels as 1^st party by manufacturer, in most case 2^nd party as representor of owner, contractor, operator or Purchaser and 3^rd party as Independent certification or verification. Quality may cost at first glance but it is an investigation for the incomes in future.

Expedition

There exist always concerns during manufacturing to save the target contractual while saving the progress as per schedule to hesitate any delay with more detail check-up. Expedition is the main key action to keep the complete purchase from the first step till the end. Some time to give a solution by expediting for the faced issue is helpful for all engaged parties.

Audit

To check the principle of the mandatory internal quality qualification of the manufacturer/vendors specially for high worthy project is a big asset to construct the basis of new born project.
